How much does a repair cost?
It’s a flat $60 to fully diagnose your device and tell you exactly what’s wrong, and that $60 comes right off the repair if you go ahead. We don’t quote repair prices over the phone, because a guess before we’ve seen it wouldn’t be honest.
Do I need an appointment?
Nope. Walk in Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 5:30, no appointment needed. If you’d rather lock in a time, you can book online or call ahead at (574) 444-9910.
Will I lose my files and photos?
On most repairs your files come through untouched, and we’re careful with your data. If anything important is at risk (say the drive is failing, or a fix requires wiping it), we’ll tell you before we start. Back up anything irreplaceable just in case.
How long do repairs take?
You get your answer within 5 business days, usually sooner, and most repairs are finished a day or two after you approve the fix. Need it faster? Priority and rush options are in the booking flow. If a part has to be ordered for your exact model, we’ll let you know up front.
What do you work on?
Computers and laptops (PC and Mac), data recovery, virus removal, custom and gaming PCs, board-level diagnostics, and regular home and office printers at flat rates. For businesses we also handle phones, networks, and IT support. We sell tested, warrantied refurbished laptops too. The one thing we don’t touch is 3D printers.
