Show us what you've got
Tell us how many computers you run and show us your current phone bill. We put the exact side-by-side comparison in front of you for free, before anything changes.
We set everything up
Protection and monitoring go on each computer, and your phone number moves over without ever going down. We book the work for the quietest part of your day, so nobody sits idle.
One bill, one number to call
Everything shows up on a single monthly bill. Something breaks, something's confusing, you're adding a new hire's desk? One call to the shop on Arnold St handles it, and members go first.
The math
Here's a typical shop's whole bill.
- Each computer: managed antivirus, 24/7 monitoring & automatic updates, and a monthly health report.
- Each phone line: keep your number, phone menus, voicemail-to-email, desk phones we install and manage.
- Everyone: priority scheduling on-site and on the bench, plus member rates on remote help and service calls.
- Optional add-ons: the answering assistant that picks up when nobody can (+$39/mo) · cloud backup (+$10 per computer).
First step is free: show us your current phone bill and we'll put the exact numbers side by side.
It's the same work local institutions trust us with. Notre Dame and Bethel University use us on-site. The membership is that same care, sized and priced for the office down the street.

Common questions
Honest answers, no fine print.
How does the pricing actually work?
Count your computers and your phone lines — each one is $19.99 a month, on one bill. That is the entire pricing model. A shop with 3 computers and 2 phone lines runs about $100 a month, which is near what many businesses pay for phones alone.
Is there a contract?
No. Add or drop computers and phone lines as your office changes, and the bill follows. If it stops making sense for you, you stop — no term, no exit fee.
Do we keep our phone number?
Yes. Your number moves onto our phone service and keeps working the whole time — callers never notice the switch. You get menus, voicemail sent to your email, and desk phones we install and manage.
What does each computer actually get?
Professional antivirus we install and keep running, 24/7 health monitoring with automatic updates, and a monthly health report in your inbox — proof it is working. When something breaks anyway, members go to the front of the line at member rates.
We already have someone who helps with IT — does this replace them?
Not necessarily. Plenty of businesses keep whoever they trust for projects and use the membership for the always-on part: protection, monitoring, phones, and a local person who picks up. We will right-size it to what you actually need.
What is the first step?

One bill, one local shop — let's talk through it.
We don’t price repairs over the phone. We look first, so the number’s real. The $60 to look comes right off your repair, and walk-ins are always welcome. Look for the blue door with the stairs on the left side of the parking lot, and knock if it’s locked, we’re here.
